RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All items are custom made to order. Products are not kept in stock so I cannot accept product returns or size exchanges, so if you are unsure of your size, please use all applicable product size charts. All of my items are warrantied against production defects and errors. Defective products may be exchanged within 1-5 business days from delivery date, and require a pre-approval by email that includes detailed defective product photos to substantiate warranty claims.
PROCESSING TIME
Most products will ship out on an average of 3-5 business days, however some products including flags may take up to 15 business days to process depending on factors beyond our control such as supply chain issues and Covid-19 related problems.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Yes, I do accept custom order requests, and depending on the nature of the request I'm often able to accommodate these requests without any additional art charge.
GROUP/QUANTITY DISCOUNTS
I offer bulk pricing discounts on products of 12 or more pieces, however pricing will vary upon product. Contact me for more information.
